"Standard of staff"

I feel I must write and congratulate the staff at touchbase in Swindon. My company has recently taken it's 10th training course there, and every time the whole efficiency and organisation of the staff is extra special. The training rooms are clean and set up for a professional presentation with all neccessary equipment on hand. The Manageress (Tina) has always been most helpful, particularly on the last 2 visits, as my laptop decided to be a problem, and she spent a lot of time helping me to sort it out. Also her staff namely Helen and Larney?? are also to a high standard. The facilities are all very close together, namely the Premier Inn accommodation, the Beefeater Restaurant, and the Touchbase training rooms. The whole complex is managed by a very capable Manageress named Julie and again all her staff are extremely helpful and obliging..
